Jérôme Bertin

President, Financial director & HR

Co-founder of 5A Solutions, Jérôme began his career as a Technical Consultant at EADS Matra Datavision while completing his Engineering degree at Arts et Métiers. After joining IBM, he became a Sales Executive responsible for PLM activities in the Toulouse region. At the launch of 5A Solutions, he assumed the roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Human Resources Director (HR Director).

Jérôme Audouit

Technical Officer and R&D

Co-founder of 5A Solutions, Jérôme has built his career in the aerospace PLM industry since graduating from the University of Technology of Troyes. From MDTVision to independent consulting for Dassault Systèmes, he has developed extensive technical expertise across complex PLM environments. At 5A Solutions, he leads the company’s technical strategy and drives technology decisions to support innovation and long-term growth.

Thomas Castillon

Operational Officer

Thomas built his expertise in aerospace project management and digital transformation through leadership roles at Capgemini, Bolloré and Altran before joining 5A Solutions in 2022 as Project Director. Appointed to the Executive Committee in 2024, he now leads the Delivery organization, overseeing complex programs and driving operational excellence to strengthen the company’s position in its key markets.

Cofondateur de 5A Solutions, Jérôme a débuté sa carrière de consultant technique chez EADS Matradatavision, afin d’achever sa formation d’Ingénieur « Arts et Métiers ». Après l'intégration par IBM, il sera Ingénieur d’Affaires en charge des activités PLM à Toulouse. Au lancement de 5A Solutions, il endosse les rôles de DAF et DRH.

Chez 5A Solutions, il pilote les orientations techniques et définit les choix technologiques de l’entreprise, afin de soutenir son développement et son innovation.

Thomas a construit son expertise en gestion de projets aéronautiques et transformation digitale chez Capgemini, Bolloré et Altran avant de rejoindre 5A Solutions en 2022 comme Directeur de projets puis membre du comité de Direction en 2024, à la tête du Delivery. A ce titre, il a piloté des programmes complexes et contribué à renforcer la postion de l'entreprise sur ses marchés clés.
