Q. What is the price of your “Open Enrollment” courses?

A. Each course, if purchased individually, is $299. If you purchase the Compass 12-course package the price is $2,950 ($245 each). The 7-course Sales Training package is $1,750 ($250 each).

Q. Why do you deliver your courses in half-day sessions?

A. There are several reasons our courses are delivered in 3 to 4 hour sessions:

Our programs were developed with a “flow” to them. We believe in building a foundation of solid understanding for the participant and growing from there, but sometimes our clients want a 3 to 4 hour class because they don’t have the budget for a full program or they want a customized solution.

Many organizations have a limited time that an employee can be gone from their daily work role.

Adult learning research has proven that retention is better, desired behavior changes happen faster and lasts longer, if training is delivered in “Spaced” segments over time. 5A Solutions has adopted “Spaced Repetition Training” as our delivery standard.

Each training module can serve as a stand-alone class or they can be packaged in order of need or importance in developing your personnel.

Q. What is the cost of your courses if you conduct the training “On-Site” at our location?

A. Our daily facilitation rate is $1.950 plus $50 per participant, per module. Also, you would provide any food and refreshments desired. Room setup and preparation would be your responsibility.

Q. What time does the “Open Enrollment” training sessions start?

A. Morning sessions start at 8:00 AM and end at 12:00 Noon. Afternoon sessions start at 1:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM.

Q. Do you serve meals, snacks, refreshments, etc.?

A. Yes. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM until 7:45 AM at the Georgian Club. Coffee and sodas are included and snacks are served. Since the afternoon sessions do not start until 1:00 PM, we do not serve lunch. Coffee and sodas are included and snacks are served.

Q. Is there a charge for parking?

A. No. Parking is free and there is ample, open and covered parking available.
