About 5A Solutions, LLC
5A Solutions, LLC is an Atlanta, GA headquartered Organizational Development and Training Company. Its principal founders are President, Milly Miller and Executive Vice President of Training and Development, Larry Miller.
Milly Miller - President
Mrs. Miller has worked as both a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker in Florida and in Georgia and is the CEO of 5A Solutions. As business growth specialists, they formed a partnership with 360 Solutions LLC, a Texas based curriculum development company known for their excellent work in educational materials. Larry Miller - Executive Vice President of Training and Development Mr. Miller has more than 25 years experience in developing and training high performance teams and leading companies to sustained growth.He has worked in high-speed manufacturing production environments, the transportation industry, and in numerous areas of technology systems integration. He has managed large enterprise organizations, medium companies and small businesses. He enjoys the reputation of being a strong leader who improves human performance and organizational profitability. Leveraging his MBA in Business with corporate training and executive mentoring programs with major Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Miller brings real world experience and solutions to his clients. In a spirit of service, Mr. Miller also has a successful history of lending his expertise and leadership to several civic and charitable organizations throughout the local community to ensure best practices and organizational excellence.
The 5A Solutions Approach:
Much of the curriculum used by 5A Solutions has been developed by Dr. Roger Allen and Mr. Preston Pond of the Center for Organizational Design and is currently used by organizations throughout the world, including many Fortune 500 Companies. This curriculum provides a solid basis for many of the facilitation's conducted by 5A Solutions and is often personalized and tailored for each client to meet their individual needs. We also offer the CompassŪ Series Program which combines 12 of the most common themes challenging business profitability. We facilitate them in separate modules using the benefit of "time domain spaced repetitious learning" principles for maximum effect and return on investment (ROI). This program is offered as an "Open Forum" or can be delivered on site at your location.
The Transformation Model - A 360-Degree View: The Transformation Model is a framework to help people understand their organizations and also guide a redesign effort. The model reduces the vast complexity of an organization to seven key variables that must be understood and aligned for a business to be successful. Paying attention to, and understanding the major variables as defined by the model, will result in major improvements in customer service, quality, cycle time, profitability, and employee satisfaction.
